Exploring history in Nicaragua

I created my dream life, or so I thought. I had the house, the car, the guy, finally landed a job as a mental health therapist in my field.  I checked all of the boxes and achieved the "American Dream" I should be over the moon happy! Plot twist! I wasn't.

It took me going through anxiety, depression, and a tumultuous unhealthy relationship before I finally realized this was not the life I wanted to live, nor the life I felt called to live. I sold the house, the car, and left my job and the guy. Before finding anyone else, I needed to first find myself.

Determined to figure out what my purpose was I set out on my own spiritual journey. This involved getting my yoga teacher certification in Costa Rica, experimenting with plant medicines in Brazil, visiting monasteries across Asia, and doing somatic therapies in Bali. All which lead me to foster a stronger connection with myself.

Deciding where to go next-Canada
Reflections on the beach in Costa Rica

After visiting a Shaman in Sao Paulo Brazil and embarking on an ayahuasca journey my purpose and mission finally became more clear. I knew then that I needed to share my story and wisdom with others. I left my practice as a  mental health therapist and decided to pursue my coaching and writing career full time. Once I accepted my purpose and calling everything started falling into place. I felt a sense of happiness I never have before, my relationships improved, money started flowing to me, my depression and anxiety disappeared and life got so much better!

My mission is to help others create the life of their dreams and discover their path to true purpose. Because once you find it only success and happiness will follow!
